6. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Hype Insight, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business and its marketing requirements. You will cooperate with our team, provide timely feedback, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of our services.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services will be outlined in the Service Agreement. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are due and payable in the currency stated in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of our services.
Hype Insight and its clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of providing and receiving services. This includes all data, strategies, and marketing plans shared during the engagement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Hype Insight shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be paid, and both parties will return any confidential information in their possession.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. b) AI Output: You acknowledge that the suggestions, recommendations, or content generated by AI Tools are based on algorithms and data analysis. While we strive to provide accurate and relevant results, the AI output may not always be perfect or suitable for your specific needs. Therefore, it is your responsibility to carefully review and validate any content or recommendations provided by AI Tools before using them.
c) User Content Ownership: All content created or generated by you using AI Tools shall be considered your User Content, and you retain ownership and responsibility for such content.
d) Limitations: AI Tools are designed to assist and optimise our digital marketing services, but they may not fully replace human judgement or expertise. Hype Insight does not guarantee the complete accuracy, correctness, or effectiveness of AI output, and you agree that any reliance on such output is at your own risk.
e) Compliance: You agree to use AI Tools in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws. You shall not use AI Tools for any illegal, unethical, or fraudulent purposes.
f) Feedback: We value your feedback on the use of AI Tools. If you have any concerns or suggestions regarding the AI functionality, please contact us at the provided contact information.
g) AI Development: Hype Insight may continue to improve and refine AI Tools over time. As a result, the features, capabilities, and limitations of AI Tools may change without prior notice.
h) Liability: Hype Insight shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or reliance on AI Tools, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our total liability, if any, related to the use of AI Tools shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services associated with the AI Tools.
i) Third-party Policies: The AI Tools may be powered by third-party AI providers. By using the AI Tools, you also agree to be bound by the relevant policies and terms of these third-party AI providers.
