From <10Calls per quarter to a full pipeline
The challenge
BrokerCo, a mortgage broking business, was competing against major banks and aggregators with bigger budgets, averaging under 10 calls per quarter with essentially no form submissions.
What we did
We set out to dominate the search results page through organic and paid. We rebuilt the information architecture with pages per service, location and segment, then ran Google Ads on high-intent keywords with dedicated landing pages.
The result
Quarterly enquiries jumped from under 10 calls to over 200. Paid delivered immediate visibility while SEO built long-term authority competitors could not match.
A mortgage broker competing with the major banks went from under 10 calls a quarter to a consistent flow of enquiries.
