The challenge
Spindle had a solid website with multiple lead magnets but was not capitalising on any of it. Leads arrived, sat in a spreadsheet and were followed up manually, with no sequencing or intent-based nurture.
What we did
We built marketing automation to route website leads into the right nurture sequence by intent, using HubSpot as the CRM to capture and tag leads, then syncing to MailChimp for the email sequences to keep costs down.
The result
The integration nurtures leads automatically based on real intent, runs without manual work and cost a fraction of a full enterprise solution, giving Spindle infrastructure to scale without extra headcount.
