However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. Please review our policy below.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of your initial payment if:
- You have not yet received any ad strategy, campaign setup, or ad creatives from our team.
- Your campaign has not been launched.
- You have experienced an issue on our end that prevents us from delivering the agreed service.
- Once we begin work on your campaign (including research, strategy, ad creation, or launch), refunds will not be granted.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- Any fees for services already rendered (including but not limited to consultation, strategy development, ad creation, and campaign setup).
- Ad spend paid directly to Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform.
- Subscription fees for ongoing ad management after the refund window has closed.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused days.
4. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Any applicable transaction fees from the payment processor may be deducted from the refund amount.
